Our client is an established and growing pureplay womenswear company, that have a strong following on social. This is an opportunity for an experienced CRM Specialist to be part of the journey.

You will plan, build & execute engaging CRM programs that drive large business contribution and loyalty. The main focus of the CRM Specialist is to increase customer lifetime value across the customer base, retain high-value customers and grow the mid and low value customer share of wallet. This role is highly analytical involving data analysis, segmentation and building customer journeys with strong technical knowledge. The CRM Specialist works closely with the Buying and Marketing team to ensure that campaigns are delivered to the right customer segments to increase the repurchase cycle & retention rate by delivering relevant content to the audience. This role requires a test & learn mindset across every campaign.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop new member-led communication (triggered, behavioural & predictive)
- Build the customer journey, lifecycle and contact strategies incorporating all key channels
- Build the capability and deliver targeted activity based on customer purchase behaviour
- Help devise the loyalty plan from business case development to project plan and roll-out
- Own & manage the loyalty program to increase member engagement for the brand. Maximise customer data and insights to enable better business decisions
- Work to continually optimise & improve campaign response, ROI, channel utilisation & customer relevance
- Instigate test & learn programs to trial best practise & leading-edge campaigns & tactics to drive conversion
- Report weekly at the trade meeting to educate the entire team on CRM
- Be a key leader within the marketing team during content workshops and creative meetings to help steer content from a data-driven point of view
- Ensure all executions adhere to the Privacy Policy and data sensitivity when handing customer information

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
