MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors, checking them in and out, and scheduling appointments
- Collecting patient information and updating medical records
- Processing payments and managing billing inquiries
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing and data entry

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting preferable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs, BP medical software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations preferred, but not required

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
