**About the role**

We are looking for an exceptional Continuous Improvement Lead to develop and manage the Technology Portfolio Improvement Roadmap and remove operational friction for Technology Team Members. In this role, you will analyse, maintain, and improve organizational business systems, processes and resulting higher performance through employing project design, leadership, and management to improve and track technology team performance.

The role will sit under the Portfolio Strategy and Planning stream within the broader Portfolio Value and Orchestration (PVO) team. The PVO team sits directly under the GM - Technology Management and Transformation. This team is accountable for creating an environment that enables Coles Group’s strategic objectives and maximises value in technology portfolio planning, delivery and people capabilities.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Drive continuous improvement by designing and delivering programs of work to execute on the Technology strategy
- Investigation and recommendation of strategically aligned process/system/people improvements to make Technology a great place to work
- Experienced in leading team spring planning, reporting progress, and managing stand ups
- Highly competent process manager with a variety of skills, such as project design, leadership, and management to ensure performance and process development
- Analysing company processes and procedures to develop process enhancement strategies
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and team member feedback in current business processes
- Enable monitoring team member performance and organizational technology processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance productivity and team member satisfaction.
- Communicating ideas and opinions for management endorsement and funding support
- Managing working group cohorts and teams of various sizes.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up to date with industry developments in management and process optimization

**About you and your skills**:

- Proven success in designing and delivering business improvement change programs
- Broad skills and knowledge in best practice project and program delivery and portfolio management
- Proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
