**About the Company

Working for a global leading renowned organisation within the food manufacturing sector, where you will part of a collaborative and experienced HR Team which will ensure you get the right support and challenge you need to succeed. Working autonomously where their employees can create and deliver within their realm.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Providing HR Advice across HR operational matters
- Supporting the business across the employee life cycle with regards to recruitment, on boarding, reviews, and off boarding.
- Driving and supporting regular HR processes inclusive employee benefits program, workover case management and administration, pay run processing and employee engagement administration.
- Manage and communicate annual HR initiatives.
- Undertake health and safety initiatives.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business related.
- Strong HR experience as a coordinator and or some advisory
- Industry experience within either manufacturing, transport, retail or food related.
- Have strong interpersonal
- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
