Join a large and supportive multi-disciplinary team of 40+ staff in SA, including a diverse and supportive Leadership Team.

**In this role, you'll be responsible to**
- Coach and lead a team of like-minded and qualified Allied Health professionals
- Use existing strengths and knowledge on service delivery to grow capacity and capability in your team.
- Triage, delegate and supervise new referrals, including customer liaison and ongoing quality oversight of staff
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
- Ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards

**Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, ideally with 2+ years of experience in delivery of Vocational Rehabilitation services
- Demonstrated people leadership experience or the right skillset to move into people leadership for the first time
- Practical knowledge of legislation and case management relevant to your preferred customers, with the ability to drive the team to progress cases
- You will have a demonstrated track record of customer management and development with the ability to drive quality service delivery
- Exceptional organisational skills, confidence in juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Energetic, positive and motivated approach
