The Project Support Officer, Professional Teaching Standards is accountable to the Manager, Policy and Strategic Development for:
- coordinating effective procedures to ensure the TRB meets whole of government and agency standards, legislative and best practice requirements;
- contributing to the development and maintenance of efficient work practices within the TRB.
**Additional Information**:
The Teachers Registration Board is located in the heart of Adelaide CBD's Pirie Street Cafe Precinct.
The person in this role will need to have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and be customer service oriented to deal with the wide range of external stakeholders, service providers and nominated vendors.
The person will need to be a self-motivated member within the Policy and Strategy Development team of 5 professionals, and be proactive in identifying, supporting and implementing projects and tasks that deliver on the Board's key objectives.
The successful applicant will be offered a 24 month term contract upon successful completion of a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Nationally Coordinated Criminical History Check (NCCHC) that the TRB finds satisfactory prior to being employed.
