**About the role**

As an Events Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including coordinating RWWA supported industry events like Awards nights. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing initiatives such as Off the Track, Owners Only, and Fashions on the Field. The successful applicant will support major racing and industry event initiatives through various tasks assigned by the Senior Events Coordinator, ranging from hospitality to marketing.

**Please note this is a part time position on a Maximum Term Contract for 12 months'**

**Salary: $69,548 - $79, 873 p.a (pro-rata) + Super**

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Sound experience in events, planning and execution.
- Have a tertiary qualification in Events or a relevant field.
- Ability to liaise effectively with event personnel (hospitality providers, guests, sponsors, supporters, partners, Club stakeholders, industry stakeholders).
- High level of competence in the preparation of written materials.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Racing industry is highly desirable.
- Well-developed skills in:

- Administration and organisation
- Computer literacy skills - Microsoft Office / Windows environment
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to:

- Prioritise workload
- Work as part of a team, with mínimal supervision
