We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Project Administrator **to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time ongoing position, offering 38 hours per week and the opportunity to contribute to a reputable and thriving business.

**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects involving large-scale events & marquee installations;
- Assessing the project & service requirements and identifying any variations needed based on client feedback & logístical factors;
- Managing project schedules, deadlines and resources;
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to projects from various stakeholders;
- Engaging in negotiations with stakeholders & vendors to finalise any proposed variations which may involve scope changes, budget adjustments, time extensions etc.
- Coordinating communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors;
- Organising project documentation, including contracts variations, agreements, and reports;
- Assist the Project Manager & coordinate with all needs from the project;
- Report to Project Manager & Senior Management on project updates & variations, and addressing matters which require attention & decision-making input;
- Prepare quotes in liaison with other departments within the company;
- Collecting and analysing data on project submissions and reporting on project outcomes;
- Tracking project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time;
- Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by actively engaging with and understanding their needs.

**Skills & Experience - What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification in Project/ Construction Management or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications;
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management or a related administrative role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of regulations, contracts, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
