SD Parts QLD and NSW are our Wholesale Parts distribution business which works closely with OEM partners and Internal and external customers to provide the high levels of customer service.
A new and exciting opportunity is available for a **National Parts Inventory Controller** to join our SD Parts team. In this role you will be a key contributor to the department's continued success by managing and delivering Parts inventory strategies in order to satisfy customer service, efficiency and profitability objectives for our brand partners such as BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, and Porsche.
**About the role -**
**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Meet stock turn, supply and Redundant stock ratio targets whilst working with a large and complex model range.
- Ensure Parts are ordered according to supplier cut off times and within policy restrictions.
- Scope, create and deliver a program across the business to ensure Redundant stock volumes are minimized and diminished over time.
- Manage and adjust as necessary Internal DMS & OEM replenishment systems, maintaining accuracy and ensuring alignment with our customer Service and business requirements.
- Liaise with OEM and Freight supplier networks so as to provide the Parts Advisor Team accurate ETA's
- Manage and process Exchange and Damaged returns, Short and Over supplies as per OEM guidelines.
- Create and Deliver timely Reporting as per Company requirements on all matters pertaining to the businesses Inventory position
- Coach and offer feedback to the Parts Management, Warehouse and Parts Advisor Team, supporting all Parts Staff on products, services or other dealer issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
**About you -**
**To be successful in your new role you'll have**:
- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated success within a demand and forecasting function
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- ERA Pentana DMS system knowledge
- Knowledge of OEM Auto Replenishment programmes and processing platforms.
- Experience working in fast paced environment
