**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for our organization. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including corporate functions, social gatherings, promotional events, and fundraisers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and preferences.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and proposals that align with client expectations and our organization's brand.
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event components, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and decor, are seamlessly integrated.
- Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, staging, and signage, to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized event space.
- Manage event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications, ensuring a smooth check-in process and excellent guest experience.
- Provide on-site event management, addressing any issues or changes that may arise and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
- Monitor event expenses, track budgets, and reconcile financial accounts to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve future events.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, event technology, and event marketing strategies is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belrose, NSW 2085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
