**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate, execute, and evaluate a three-year fundraising strategy.
- Secure support from major donors while cultivating strong relationships with these individuals.
- Collaborate closely with the Relationships & Development Manager, responsible for overseeing corporate relationships, sponsorships, and events.

- Introduce novel and imaginative approaches to maximize connections with various stakeholders and broaden our revenue sources.
- Locate potential philanthropic grants, grant makers, trusts, and foundations; monitor the grants register and prepare submissions.
- Propel growth in our individual givers and regular giving program.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to ensure engaged doners
- Supervise the implementation of marketing, digital, and communications strategies and plans.
- Oversee the creation of content and design for creative collateral and promotional materials.
- Manage and update social media platforms and website effectively.
- Devise an innovative viral social media fundraising campaign.

- Administrative and event management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy, design skills and experience across digital tools
- Ability to be forward-thinking and work with fast-paced & changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Flexible team player, able to quickly adapt and manage workloads against shifting business priorities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to liaise with internal and external contacts in a professional and confident manner
- Proven initiative and a positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Salesforce experience desirable
- Previous experience in Marketing required
- Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen - willing to undertake WWCC and Police check
