**You'll be responsible for**
- Drive the resolution of incidents, ensuring that root cause analysis is addressed through the implementation of robust new and/or strengthened controls so that no further incidents occur from the same root cause.
- Conduct root cause investigation of incidents as per the Functional Rule to inform appropriate solution/control development.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams, IT, and Accountable Business Owner (ABO) to implement rectification and remediation activities and monitor to ensure quality criteria are met.
- Oversee changes to systems, processes, rating models and policy wordings, as required through incident management, and communicate changes to all stakeholders to drive robust, improved, and efficient outcomes throughout the business.
- Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Implementation Verification (PIV) and ensure appropriate evidence is retained.
- Act as technical lead to ensure that any changes to processes and systems are robust and efficient and support a reduction in incidents.

**About you**
- Significant experience acquired in a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in using MS Office suite of products effectively.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, manage competing resources, and demands.
- Understanding of insurance laws, legislation, regulations, and prudential standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
