Located across three locations in Victoria - Box Hill, Lilydale and Melbourne CBD. The Institute teaches approximately 40,000 students per year with over 500 courses, 200 accredited courses and 10 workplace training facilities.

**About the role**:
The Project Lead - Student Experience role is a fixed term role with responsibility for the planning and successful delivery of the Student Experience Project. The SX Project will deliver foundations to enhance the end-to-end student experience at BHI. Specifically, the project will focus on detailed mapping of the end-to-end student journey, enrolment/re-enrolment redesign and integration of academic/non-academic support for students. The project will deliver improvements in acquisition conversion metrics as well as uplifts to both student satisfaction and advocacy metrics.

This role is responsible for the development and execution of the project deliverables through end-to-end project management and coordination and delivery of key business process change support activities and artefacts.

The position will be working closely alongside a broad range of business stakeholders to coordinate, execute and manage the delivery of change initiatives aligned with a target new state for enrolments and re-enrolments.

The Project Lead - Student Experience will be a member of the BHI Program team in the Student Experience portfolio.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Qualifications and Experience_
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Customer Experience or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer/student experience within an educational institution.
- Experience in navigating complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management and ability to bring stakeholders along on the journey.
- Understanding of the operating environment (legislation) for a Victorian TAFE.
- Genuine passion for improving the student experience

1. **Project Management**: Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of complex, organisation wide initiatives. Proven experience in managing complex customer experience initiatives including:
2. **Communication/Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills plus superb written and verbal communication skills including the ability to ask pertinent questions, to present ideas and information clearly and to write complex reports that are clear and concise.

3. **Problem Solving, Conceptual and Analytical Ability**:Ability to identify and implement workable solutions to problems. High level analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems and the ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably.
