**What’s the opportunity?**
The primary purpose of this new in-house role is to work closely with the business to assist in developing and embedding key HR initiatives across the business. You will be an integral part of a fast paced, rapidly growing business in an emerging industry.

Based in Melbourne and reporting to the
**Chief Operating Officer**, responsibilities will see you:

- Develop and rollout policies and processes for all elements of the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, on boarding, learning and development, retention and succession planning
- Partner with the leadership team on HR and talent strategy
- Drive performance evaluations and providing current market remuneration advice
- Evaluate and implement an HRIS, and develop HRM reporting and dashboards across the business
- Coach and collaborate with business leaders on all employee matters
- Ensure policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices

- At least 3 years HR management experience and relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven HR expertise across multiple locations
- Excellent working knowledge of cloud-based HRIS and MS Office
- Proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
- An interest in the renewable energy sector
