**Job Description**:

- ** Location**: 380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne
- Hybrid Role

New opportunity for a **HR Analyst, Compensation** to join our Compensation & Benefits team, where you will make an impact to the business through supporting compensation structures, policy and processes.

Your role will include market data review, benefits support, data analysis and reporting. You will be supporting all aspects of our global compensation structures across Toll.

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop through the exposure you will get in this role in working at a Global level with a small specialist team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Sourcing and interpreting market analysis, benchmark internal relativities and providing remuneration recommendations in line with business requirements for market competitiveness.
- Input to salary survey and support the review and update of the Toll salary ranges.
- Support key Compensation and Benefit projects by providing strong data analysis, market research skillset.
- Operational aspects associated with the delivery of the annual remuneration cycles, including but not limited to system, data and end user processes.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of key labour trends, ensuring data is accurate and timely and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

**About you**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 12 months Business experience as a HR or Reward/Compensation Analyst (or similar) with a strong interest in data and reward practices
- A passion for working with data - which may include Advanced Excel, HRIS (Workday preferred) and strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with all levels across the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce or similar required
