**The Role**

The purpose of the Remuneration & HR Analyst is to deliver HR data reporting and insights, support the remuneration and benefits programs and processes, maintain employee data to ensure the accuracy of reporting and proactively contribute to continuous improvements in employee practices that support the achievement of overall business plans and objectives.
- Demonstrate strong modelling and analytical skills.
- Work closely with the Finance team during the annual merit review and OAIA process.
- Providing overall oversight of HR reporting, including remuneration surveys, WGEA Reporting, people dashboards and metrics.
- End-to-end management of the annual remuneration review process, from business case preparation for budget allocation, recommendation of principles and approach, coaching HR Business partners and functional managers.
- Ensuring complete data integrity across the HR master data for all employees and ensuring employee data changes updated timely and in a controlled manner.

**Skills & Experience**
- High level of numerical skills, with a proven capability to research, analyse and interpret large sets of data and information.
- Demonstrated ability to build analytics tools such as remuneration modelling and HR dashboards.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including excellent consultation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills -formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.
