When it comes to hotels with style and market presence, this icon in Brisbane is hard to beat. This stems from its award-winning design, prime location, unique offerings and outstanding guest services. What we are seeking is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading a large and diverse the team across the lobby bar and kitchen, conferences, weddings, events and room service. You will be responsible for driving strategy that would ensure this hotel delivers a world-class guest experiences, flawless events, and memorable stays. You will report directly to the General Manager and have a focus on mentorship and staff development.

The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation and a genuine drive to continually raise the bar.

The position brings with it great opportunity for growth into more senior roles in the property or other properties within the organisation.
- Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a premium space
- A creative and adaptable approach to team leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A passion to for forging relationships with guests and clients
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain successful operational strategies
- An interest in luxury brands, particularly their F&B offerings
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Strong time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in delivering events, meetings, conferences and weddings
