The Role


As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be able to lead a team of skilled professionals, foster their growth, devise and execute creative menus and beverage programs, collaborate with various vendors and suppliers to maintain the best quality products, cultivate strong relationships with guests, and persistently enhance the food and beverage offerings to surpass the expectations of the customers.


Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record of success in food and beverage management
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • A willingness to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
