**The Role**: Seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in leading the Beverage & Food operations, overseeing various outlets and banquets
- Oversee the orientation and training of new team members
- Assist with the accurate purchasing and requisitioning of liquor, wine and other beverages.
- Focus on revenue growth and maximise departmental financial performance
- Maintain regular communication within the Beverage & Food team

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, promotions, and menu development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial acumen and ability to analyse financial reports
- Ability to set expectations, hold the team accountable, and demonstrate service behaviours
