**About the Opportunity**

A Sponsorship and Event Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating sponsorships and events for Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate brands.

You will be:

- Performing comprehensive research to pinpoint potential sponsors who align with the goals and values of the organisation
- Securing deals and customising proposals for each potential sponsor, to align with their specific needs and interests
- Overseeing sponsor relationships by coordinating branding opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and delivering consistent updates and reports to sponsors
- Coordinating events and activations working in close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, PR, and Operations

**What you will have**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of marketing principles to assist with promoting events and attracting sponsors
- Strong negotiation skills to assist with securing sponsorship deals
- Creative flair to develop unique event concepts
- Project management exposure including setting goals, creating plans, and overseeing execution
- Networking experience in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, vendors and other stakeholders
- Location:_ Role may be based in Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne_
