A bit about your role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of joint sales and marketing strategies, initiatives, and programs for your RSP to help drive nbn products into the market.

Desired outcomes will be achieved through the co-development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies, initiatives, and programs for the key account. Success for this role centres on your ability to build an effective partnership with your RSP and Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

Operating at a Senior Level, this role requires an individual with experience and the capabilities to professionally engage with, manage, present to, influence, and persuade key external stakeholders. It is critical that nbn and key account drivers are understood, so that the appropriate influence and solution generation can be achieved.

A bit about you

If this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you have Marketing and/or Sales experience within a large matrix organisation. You’ll be well versed in developing and maintaining director level relationships with key sales &/or marketing stakeholders within partner organisations, with a demonstrated track record in account management.

You will have the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture and contribute to a team environment where individuals work together, share and align activities and strategies. With superior communication skills, you will hold strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with the ability to adapt style, and persuade a wide range of stakeholders.

Your highly developed business acumen and commercial understanding of the market, paired with your sound knowledge of telecommunications products and technologies will be pivotal to your success in this role.
