**About the Role**:
The school is looking to reel in an experienced **Year Level Leader (Year 8) **with the ability to lead teachers in their wellbeing roles and support a student cohort of Year 8's. With a broad, multicultural range of students - some of which have experienced trauma -, staff who are culturally aware, have or are experienced in working with people from a diverse background, and strong at building relationship with students are most successful at this school.

**About You**:

- Relevant qualifications (i.e. Bachelor's Degree)
- Have Leadership experience
- Hold or be eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Be confident in your ability to communicate and relate with students with diverse backgrounds
- Have a strong knowledge of the curriculum and a culturally diverse background
