Manage project and office administration and support Directors
- Small office within the CBD
- Part Time Position - 2 to 3 days per week

**Company**

A leading fit out & refurbishment business working predominately on commercial and industrial projects. Based in Melbourne's CBD, working on projects across most states in Australia.

**The Role**

Support the directors + wider team with administration duties to ensure that the office is running smoothly.

You will display a good level of maturity, a helpful attitude, solid business acumen and problem solving ability.

You will predominately be responsible for project administration relating to project set up, subconsultant management, invoicing, etc.

**Please note**: This is a part-time role working 2-3 days per week.

**Typical duties**
- Project administration: project set up, creating variation schedules, collate information from project managers re: subconsultants
- Invoicing support - creating draft invoices and breakdowns for final review
- Assist Directors with the preparation and collation of fee proposal submissions
- Office upkeep and maintenance - ordering supplies and stationary
- Mail/Courier Control
- Ad-hoc admin as required

**Skills and experience**
- Previous project/office administration experience in the building/design industry is required
- Adobe InDesign highly regarded
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent commercial business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with confidential matters
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Self-driven and motivated.
