**The Assignment**

An exceptional
**temporary Medical Receptionist** assignment for a busy Not-For-Profit skin health specialist in Carlton.
- Duties include but are not limited to:_
- Managing a busy reception
- Diary coordination for the practitioners - appointment setting/confirmations/reschedules
- Greeting patients and front of house duties
- Billing consults
- Receiving and actioning referrals from GPs/other specialists
- Preparing patient files and entering/updating patient information

**When**: Immediate start available

**Hours**: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday (no weekend work), with flexible working arrangements available (negotiable start and finish times). 4 days p/week also negotiable.
- N.B. - You will not be required to work between 23rd December - 3rd January while the practice is closed for the Christmas/NY period._

**Length of assignment**: 3 months (End of February) with possible extension

**Remuneration**: A generous, above market hourly rate, is negotiable

**About You**

You'll be a competent and experienced Medical Receptionist with the ability to hit the ground running. You'll ideally be knowledgeable with ZedMed software and understand the flow of a large specialist practice environment.

Attractive hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
