MARS Recruitment is excited to collaborate with one of Australia's largest rental organisations who are seeking a HR & Payroll Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining comprehensive employee records, and supporting HR initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll system to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify timekeeping records and address discrepancies with employees.
- Support new employee onboarding, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientations.
- Assist in recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare payroll reports and filings, including tax forms and year-end summaries.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll account accuracy and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update employee records, such as personal data, job titles, salary information, and contracts.

The Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with use of Excel.
- High attention to detail.

To Note:

- Flexible hybrid work from home arrangements, 1 day from home per week.
- Employment Hero experience is a must.
- Officed based near Baulkham Hills.
- Only considering PR and Australian Citizens at this stage.
