As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for expanding the adoption of Adobe Advertising Cloud (Including Omnichannel DSP, Search, & Creative Personalization Tools) platform solutions with brands alongside their activation partners across the Rest of Apac market.- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership-
Client Partners own direct brand and agency relationships, drive strategy and day-to-day growth at the account level-
- Communicate and translate client objectives into Adobe capabilities, informing our strategy and helping to shape executional excellence
- Identify and strategically sell in growth opportunities with your existing clients
- Responsible for keeping clients updated on the most recent product innovations and opportunities
- Understanding client needs and setting expectations internally/externally
- Escalation point when business risks need to be communicated to clients; escalates to Senior Leadership where additional support is neededClient Growth & Retention-
- Accountable for managing Rest of APAC book of business to deliver against revenue goalsAd Cloud (and Adobe) Satisfaction-
- Showcase the value of the integrations between Adobe solutions with Ad Cloud
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction-
- Provides client stakeholder escalation support for technical or educational opportunities on new products to ensure satisfaction**Required Skills**:
Search, Video, Display, Audio, CTV Expertise - ability to lead strategic conversations with clients- Consultative seller with strong analytical and communication skills- Understanding of key Ad Cloud integrations within the Experience Cloud - communicating the benefits for clients- Performance marketing- Client relationship management and retention
