**Job Description**:
Opportunity Snapshot:
This hands-on role is responsible for managing unit registry client change, regulatory and internal initiative projects, delivering these requirements with passion and to a high quality, timely and accurate manner. Change Implementation Manager’s ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met, via a group of people working together to achieve a set of specific objectives.

Change Implementation Manager’s oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied. The scope of the role covers responsibility for Fund Manager client change projects, regulatory and internal initiatives including all aspects of a project from the planning stage through to implementation, liaising and working with registry teams, fund managers, custodians, and third-party vendors.

This role is responsible for ensuring all tasks associated to a project are completed, other teams are communicated to and are aware of the timing of the projects. You must be comfortable with participating in, and driving operational process design with clients, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Registry Specialists.

Key Accountabilities:
- Agreeing project objectives, effectively scoping each project- Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project- Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle- Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project- Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects- Administering the allocation of jobs and budgets on a project- Managing project personnel to achieve project objectives- Regularly review and analyse the project scope and submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers- Stakeholder management, internal and external- Identifying project risks- Creation and management of document templates- Updating of configuration in Core Registry, Statements, Documents/Forms as required by Fund Managers and key internal stakeholder- Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors

Role Responsibilities:
- Projects delivery on-time, within scope and within budget- Providing quality advice on the management of projects- Accurate and timely tracking and reporting against agreed timeframes- Agreed aims of the project are met- Quality standards are met against agreed targets- Accuracy of accounting, costing and billing and meeting agreed timeframes- Quality of project documentation- Accurate tracking of changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

Skills and Competencies:

Prior Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years Financial Services experience (2+ years Unit Registry, Custodial Services or Superannuation experience)- Experience in managing, or exposure to delivering transitions projects such as Fund Launches, Fund Closures, Restructures and/or tangible involvement in larger multi-stream projects- Polished and demonstrable interpersonal and client-engagement skills with the ability to delegate and give direction to specialist staff- Atlassian Jira experience preferred
