The Executive and Ministerial Services team is responsible for managing all ministerial and executive support for Housing Portfolio including collaboration with investigating bodies, resolution of NCAT complaints, and management of high-risk reputational matters.

The purpose of this role is to provide high-level quality executive and administrative support in a professional and timely manner to support the achievement of directorate objectives.

**What you’ll do**

As an Executive Assistant, your role is crucial in providing high-level executive support and administrative assistance to ensure the attainment of business unit objectives.

You'll exercise discretion, initiative, and confidentiality in your duties, identifying priorities to ensure management appointments align with these objectives. Coordinating responses to urgent requests for information, briefings, or advice will be a key aspect of your role, requiring efficient communication and organisational skills.

Additionally, you'll contribute to the design, implementation, and coordination of business systems practices to deliver effective outcomes and meet service delivery needs.

Building and maintaining effective working relationships between the business unit and other Departmental areas will be essential for managing the flow of information and fostering collaboration.
