Our client is an independent non-denominational day and boarding school from Preparatory to Year 12 located in Toowoomba. It is the school’s vision that students will graduate with the skills to be independent, well-balanced, and successful in life.

We are seeking expressions of interest and/or referrals for the role of **Head of Admissions.** The successful applicant should have a minimum 3 years’ experience working in a professional environment in a sales, marketing, or business development role. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Head of Admissions is responsible for the planning, management and implementation of all enrolment and admissions activities of the School
- The Head of Admissions oversees the School’s enrolment processes from enquiry to enrolment, and ensures the School is able to meet its enrolment targets
- The role is responsible for analysing enrolment patterns, designing and managing student recruitment strategies for both local, regional and overseas markets and building relationships with current and prospective families to maintain optimal enrolments
- The Head of Admissions plays a key role in the marketing and community engagement strategy of the School
