UniSQ International is responsible for the marketing of the University and its programs at an international level, the recruitment and admission of international students, and the establishment and management of international partnerships.

UniSQ International provides a range of engagement services to ensure a strategic approach across the University in relation to international education opportunities.

The team is recognised as the driving force in terms of building UniSQ's profile and performance in the international space.


The International Admissions team has direct contact and liaises extensively with prospective students, academic staff and professional staff across UniSQ, to provide client service and maintain a high-level knowledge of internal and external systems, the University's program offerings, University policy and procedures, legislative compliance and international visa regulations.


What you'll do


The International Admissions Officer is a key contact with UniSQ for prospective international students and has critical responsibility for supporting student, partner and agent enquiries and management of the UniSQ student relationship during the prospective student enquiries, first admission and enrolment.


  • Act as the key contact for prospective students and support student, partner and agent enquiries.
  • Efficiently implement the University's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and utilise CRM technology to enable measurement of the effectiveness of service delivery and student recruitment activities.

Together with your relevant qualifications and experience, you will also possess:

  • An ability to build and maintain a network of external relationships including UniSQ agents, organisations and UniSQ partners.
  • A highlevel ability to respond actively and with understanding to the needs of students and the ability to initiate actions to achieve positive relationships with customers from a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • A proven track record in working in a highvolume environment with speed, accuracy and attention to detail for data entry.
  • Ability to problemsolve issues that may arise to ensure the experience of internal and external partners is meeting UniSQ's expectations.
  • Excellent crosscultural and interpersonal communication skills, including an ability to draft accurate and concise correspondence regarding student management issues.
  • A proven ability to work equitability and ethically in a collaborative team environment whilst demonstrating initiative and resilience.
