Skyline Landscape Services operates across a diverse portfolio of work in various sectors nationally. Skyline services contracts through the Bid Team worth $300,000 - $10 million providing reliable, consistent and forward thinking quality Landscape Maintenance and Grounds Management solutions on some of Australia’s high profile, largest and sort after projects.

We are currently looking for a confident Tender/Bid Coordinator who enjoys investigation and research in order to achieve winning outcomes with a willingness to grow with the Company and the role.
- Annual Salary - **$85,000 + superannuation**:

- Huntingwood Location

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Responding to pre-qualification questionnaires (Request for Information, Expressions of Interests etc.)
- Conducting customer research and creating information packs
- Providing coordination and writing support on tenders from initiation to submission
- Building relationships and networks
- Managing communications between stakeholders throughout the bid process
- Maintenance of knowledge library
- Organising/ co-ordinating team and contract review meetings
- Previous experience in a similar role within Bid/Tender Coordination and Admin Support within a deadline driven environment
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and setting priorities
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience within the landscaping/construction Industry is a bonus but not essential
