**About this role**:
As the Bid coordinator for this construction company, you will be responsible for developing tenders for projects valued up to $4 million. It’s important you have the capability to independently research market trends as well as making sure you are consistently monitor and track on all relevant portals. Using your design skills, you will be creating customised and bespoke tenders, that provided all relevant information and data in an eye catching and appealing design.
Additionally, if you have a desire to get involved with Business Development, this is an area you can also support in. in this element of the role, you will assist with identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and forecast target strategies.
Having been operating for around 10 years’ this construction company have built a great reputation and worked on large scale projects in the health and education sector. With plans of expanding in the near future, you will be offered the opportunities to progress in your career and build a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing and producing customised tenders, bids and proposals using InDesign
- Liaising with the internal and external designers for capability statements and project information
- Identifying suitable business opportunities and helping design campaigns to showcase completed projects
- Marketing and pursuit material where required, including project sheets and CV’s.
- Monitoring and maintaining tracking portals.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in writing tenders and submissions within the architecture/engineering/construction industry
- Intermediate skills in InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under a tight timeframe
