**About You**
- An initiative-taking and results-oriented People & Culture professional with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to translate it into actionable People & Culture initiatives in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and be a connector across the organisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone.

**About the Opportunity**
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives that align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of programs and solutions to address client needs, fostering a thriving and inclusive work environment.
- Influence key stakeholders at all levels, gaining buy-in and building consensus for People & Culture initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with other senior People & Culture leaders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Utilise your extensive People & Culture experience to coach and develop leaders and managers and cut through complex process to drive practical outcomes.
