**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a high level of empathy to understand and support the service team's dynamic work environment.
**Scheduling and Resource Allocation**:
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize the service team's workflow.
- Allocate resources efficiently, considering skills, availability, and project requirements.
**Organizing and Quoting**:
- Coordinate service activities, including upgrades, warranties, and ad-hoc call-outs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Leverage the Simpro system to its full potential, creating a streamlined process for organizing, tracking, and reporting on service activities.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for upgrades, additional services, and projects.
**Simpro System Proficiency**:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in using the Simpro system to its full extent.
- Utilize the system for effective project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented industry, with a track record of driving results.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with an emphasis on optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Empathetic approach towards understanding and supporting the service team's unique challenges.
- Proficiency in using the Simpro system for service management and quoting.
