Our client is a leading provider of security and fire safety solutions for businesses and homes. They offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including fire alarms, CCTV systems, access control systems, and much more.

**About the Role**
You will be based in our clients office in Findon Monday - Friday.
- Providing administration support to the mechanical Defects NSW/ACT/SA business
Data entry into numerous portals including Pronto
Ordering uniforms and office supplied
- Effectively co-ordinate with field staff
- Interacting with customers (Internal & External) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding our services.
- Following up on provided data concerning existing clients and their systems
**About You**
You may not necessarily come from a Fire background, but this will be an advantage. You will be working with Mechanical side of our clients business and, as a key member of the team, you should have a strong background in customer service supported by:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Experience working with customer portals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work with initiative.
- CRM and ERP experience (i.e., Salesforce, Pronto, Field Service, Dynamics) is preferred.
- A thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Able to complete a National Criminal History Police clearance and a Pre-Employment Medical.
