The Student Administration Services Division manages and delivers student-focused administrative services relating to all administrative aspects of students’ engagement ensuring to deliver an efficient and transparent end-to-end service effectively.
The Admissions, Fees and Scholarships unit supports students in gaining access to their university studies. The team plays an important role in ensuring a seamless experience for students seeking admissions to UOW and seeks to provide holistic expertise across admissions, compliance, fees and scholarships.
We are looking for a manager with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement to provide strong leadership across the admissions business function and ensure operations are conducted in line with best practice and conform to legislation, policy and internal operating procedures.
**The Opportunity**
The Manager, Admissions Performance and Quality will develop and oversee a quality assurance framework ensuring applicants receive high quality and consistent outcomes. Focusing on staff development and training, process improvement, systems and technology, data driven outcomes that enable the provision of high-quality outcomes and minimisation of operational risk.
The role is critical in providing input into best practice and ensuring the University is compliant with legislative requirements and providing high quality and consistent outcomes for applicants seeking to study.
