**The Division**

The Student Administration Services Division (SASD) at UOW plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey with five key functional areas: Admissions, Fees and Scholarships; Student Operations; Student Service; Student Systems; and Business Improvement.

**The Opportunities**

The SASD are seeking to recruit two Managers to lead and shape the student experience in Enrolments, Fees and Scholarships. These roles are a great opportunity to take your career to the next level and join a world-class institution committed to excellence in education and research.

**Opportunity #1 - Manager, Student Operations (Enrolment)**

This position will be supporting the student enrolment and teaching session management activities, as well as leading a small and dynamic team across all daily operations to achieve its mission to provide a first class experience for its students.

This role will see you lead the daily administration of student enrolment and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders as you coordinate our course information in relevant databases and online platforms, which in turn help our students navigate their way through study pathways and options.

**Opportunity #2 - Manager, Fees and Scholarships**

This position will provide guidance and deliver critical fees and scholarship services through the provision of essential support as you monitor, coordinate and execute procedures to ensure compliance.

As you lead and develop a high performing team in a multi-functional customer-centric work environment, you will require a strong focus on best practice and student experience as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely, high quality outcomes.

**About You**

To be successful in either of these roles you will need to have a certain list of experience, training and personal qualities, including but not limited to:

- High-level of customer service and interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex matters into simple language, and to develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve successful outcomes, and develop and implement processes supporting continuous improvement.
- Able to manage a successful operational budget with a high level of knowledge and skills using databases, interfacing system software and MS Office programs.
- Exceptional report production and subsequent analysis that can provide insight into strategic objectives, operational KPIs and support informed decision-making.
