What you’ll contribute to
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic District Sales Manager, to join our Northern Regions division on a permanent basis.
The District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for broadening a service mindset and support the implementation of programs to our dealer network by focusing on a quality guest experience at every touchpoint and sales supporting sales strategies and best practice operations within the Dealer network to achieve Happiness for All.
This role is part of the Northern Regions Division which is primarily responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, value chain maximisation, after sales and marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve Guest satisfaction, vehicle and parts sales & service volumes, market share and profitability objectives.
This role is based in Acacia Ridge with flexible work arrangements.
How you’ll make an impact- Support the implementation of agreed sales and best practice processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve regional sales targets.- Assist in the development of sales plans, processes and procedures order to contribute to sustained guest satisfaction and align activities to the overall objectives of regional sales. Provides feedback on market and network intelligence.- Coordinate and plan to maximise the achievement of sales targets for the region through analysis of monthly reporting, stock and build process and Dealer visit review. Identifies opportunities and implements countermeasures.- Provide support to stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, align business functions, resolve complex issues, implement countermeasures and improve business processes to minimise risk and support retail development and expansion.

- Strong background in sales and marketing with the ability to resolve issues and provide recommendations.- Understanding of the dealer network (desirable).- Experience working in an account management role (desirable).- Collaborative and self-motivated with effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables).
