**Your Purpose**
Make a strategic career move as our Strategy and Insights Lead. This amazing opportunity is available with Fonterra, based at our remarkable Richmond head office. Reporting to the GM of Strategy in Australia, the role works at the intersection of strategy and insights, directly supporting the Australian Leadership Team on strategy development, while delivering insights for the broader business.By leveraging an ability to ‘story tell’ through data, this role will work collaboratively with business leads to help drive strategic and commercial outcomes. Deliverables are varied, ranging from the development of strategy collateral through to ad-hoc analyses, dashboards, and discrete insight projects.The Strategy and Insights Lead will support the ongoing development of corporate and channel strategy and partner with business leads to scope, plan and deliver strategy projects, identifying input requirements and engaging SMEs across the business.- **What you’ll bring**
The ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders, business functions and business units will be critical to success in this role. The position demands superior analytical and communication skills, teamed with highly honed decision-making skills to ensure business processes are validated and supported.In addition, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
- Exposure to or an interest in complex manufacturing focussed B2B or B2C environments in FMCG / Food & Beverage, Retail or similar.
- Experience working under a ‘client-partner/advisor/consultant’ model, either in in-house functions or as a consultant.
- Proven skills in developing top-down corporate and business unit level strategies and framing complex problems and solutions.
- A high degree of proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau and Alteryx, and an ability to coach others on the use of these tools.
