Job Title : Project Coordinator
Business: Commercial Cement Rendering Company
Reporting to an Project Manager
The purpose of the role is to manage the operations coordination of multiple rendering projects, that would include the following duties and responsibilities;
- Understand the scope of works from both a technical and operational perspective;
- Liaise directly with the clients' site team to ensure a clear and open communication channel;
- Removing obstacles as they arise to ensure the renderers can achieve milestones and deliver quality rendering work.
- Manage multiple teams of renderers to ensure they have sufficient materials and tools to perform their jobs;
- Order materials from key suppliers and deliver to site if required;
- Provide the client samples and technical advice wherever required.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional and Trade Certificates are desirable, but not essential.
- Minimal 3 years previous experience in rendering, plastering and/or painting trades.
Skills and Competencies;
- Proven working experience working in teams of finishing trades environment;
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi tasking skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Professional approach;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Confident manner and positive approach towards change.
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
