Position overview
The VBA has exciting permanent part time opportunity within the Consumer Systems and Improvement team as an Administration Officer.
This position is responsible for coordinating process for complaints, providing efficient administrative support to the team and facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Who we are looking for;
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a complaints management team or a similar setting
- Strong organizational skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
