**Drama Teacher**

**Tuesdays (Artarmon) and Thursdays (Gordon West) after school**

Kids Up Front Drama Academy is one of Australia’s leading children's Drama and Performing Arts Schools. Established in 1999 we offer after school drama classes and performing arts holiday programs in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, NZ.

We build children's confidence and creativity and have hundreds of happy students who have been with us for many years. Our focus is for children to grow in self confidence while having fun.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and reliable, creative, passionate person who is able to inspire children aged 5 to 15 years to be the best they can be and lead our weekly classes:
Must be a team player with a love of the performing arts. Weekly classes held during school terms at

**Tuesdays at Artarmon 3:00 to 5:15 pm**

**Thursdays at Gordon 3:20 to 6:20 pm.**

We provide training and ongoing mentoring.

**Must have some experience in teaching** children and be able to follow a proven drama program.

**Have a current Working With Children Check.**

Be rewarded by watching your students grow and blossom and build confidence and creativity through drama.

Collaborate with students in term 3 to create and script original performance piece to be performed at the Zenith theatre in term 4.

Qualifications in the performing arts well regarded.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
