We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Literacy and Numeracy Teachers and Digital Literacy Teachers to join our dedicated team in West Perth or Armadale. Choose how much you want to work with our 2-day, 3-day (Armadale only) or 5-day classes available. Join a dynamic team of educators who positively impact our student’s journey towards building a better economic and social livelihood for themselves.

Our West Perth classes will focus on teaching Literacy and Numeracy skills by utilising students’ interests to learn digital literacy skills and building on these. We also are looking for someone for our 3-day class in Armadale to help deliver our Kadadjiny Bidi program which is a culturally safe class in which you would be responsible for building Literacy and Numeracy skills whilst ensuring the cultural safety of Aboriginal students by focusing on building awareness of cultural practices and an understanding of adult lives and responsibilities.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary Degree in Education;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) including TAELLN411;
- Experience in delivering the Certificate in General Education for adults (CGEA);
- Experience in teaching both native English speakers and those with English as an additional language;
- Proficient Computer skills; and
- A current National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check.

**Desirable**
- Demonstrated success working with at-risk groups;
- Experience in using the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
