**The Role**

Late-Night Manager is responsible for achieving the smooth and professional running of the night operations in accordance with venue's policy. You will also be responsible for successful beverage delivery & to lead a team of casuals to build positive relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience. Your focus is the customer experience, ensuring VIP's are looked after and any issues that arise are dealt with in a professional matter. You will also ensure success in the venue's closing procedures including all cashing handling.

**Key Responsibiities**
- Leading operations & team of F&B
- Ensuring compliance with liquor and associated laws and regulations
- Leading a team of booth service and ensure all booths are booked every weekend
- Managing a security team
- Ensuring outstanding customer service
- Overseeing the pack down of the venue
- Managing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensure cash up is correct and all variances investigated
- Event Management
- Late night bottle service & bar menu design with POS implementation
- Sourcing of equipment & consumables for service
- Any additional task to benefit the venue's profitability that is set out by the General Manager & Directors
- Assisting with marketing and events
- Overseeing bar operations
