The newly built Mercure Melbourne Doncaster has something for everyone. This newly built hotel will showcase the next generation of Mercure hotels, showcasing elegance, sophistication and convenience in an untouched pocket of the Eastern Suburbs.
**THE ROLE**
Finally a highly respected overnight role where you will receive the real career development, training and support that you have been looking for. We are not looking for somebody to appoint and forget, but rather an integral member of our team who will receive the same level of care and attention than any other team member will working during the day.
This Night Manager role is responsible for the hotel overnight and will work in conjunction with a Night Supervisor and Night Auditor to provide an exceptional level of engagement to those guests arriving or departing after hours.
This role will also work closely with our finance team as they will be responsible for balancing and auditing the daily activities for the hotel.
