Night Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Front Office team as a Night Manager Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to develop their leadership skills.
In this role, you will assist in leading the overnight Front Office team to ensure seamless operations during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of our guests, as well as maintaining brand and cleanliness standards. You will also play a key role in coaching and mentoring your team members to achieve an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities- Assist in leading the Front Office team during the night shift.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, security, and cleanliness within the hotel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality, preferably in a Front Office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera.
- A valid VIC driver's license and VIC RSA certification.
- First Aid certified.
- Meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia.
