**Introduction**:
About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, the RTO Manager will be responsible for business growth and quality delivery. This will include
driving the sales and overall development of the division
overseeing the day-to-day aspects of our current training programs,
reviewing & enhancing existing products as well as adding new products
overseeing the regulatory requirements of the RTO division.

**Responsibilities**:
- Management and leadership of the RTO division, including staff and trainer management;
- Liaise with current and existing key stakeholders in order to drive product sales;
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve the business
- Oversee the development and delivery of all products in line with market requirements.
- Work with the business development team to identify, prepare and submit tenders.
- Oversee quality management, compliance and liaise with ASQA.
- Manage training and assessment operations in line with management’s strategy and priorities to ensure that they are financially and ethically viable to support the achievement of business objectives
- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to improve training program service offerings for both accredited and non-accredited courses
- Manage and organise the delivery, timetables, and schedules of online and face to face training and workshops, blended learning models, short courses, etc
- Ensure all VET and training program VET Trainer/Assessors comply with regulatory standards to deliver service offerings, including maintaining industry currency, professional development, trainer matrices etc.
- Creating policies and procedures for effective management of VET Trainer/Assessors
**Skills and Experiences**:
Eligibility Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, in particular:
Trainer/Assessor requirements, and
Ability to interpret Assessment requirements, and
Ability to interpret Packaging Rule requirements, and design training programs accordingly extensive understanding of the national VET sector and how it relates to the national labour market
understanding of Traineeship programs & the different models of State and Federal Government funded training programs
understanding of the trainer/assessor workforce in the RTO sector
Experience in a similar management / Sales / BDM role within an RTO.
Teritary qualifications (Desirable)
Strength in Sales and Business Development.
Stategic development skills
Intermedicate to advanced PC skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
The ability to communicate effectively & create relationships with a range of key stakeholders to leverage business opportunities
