**About the Company**:
Our client is an outstanding exhibition space that combines art and entertainment, dedicated to showcasing contemporary art in a dynamic and immersive environment spanning over 3000 square meters. They feature Australia's largest metal art gallery, committing to excellence and providing artists with a platform to express creativity and connect with diverse audiences. Our client’s venue also includes a light art exhibition. Additionally, there are plans for a future VR interactive amusement area, leaning more towards an entertaining art exhibition hall.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curatorial Leadership:

- Curate and manage art exhibitions within the showroom, aligning with the commitment to contemporary and innovative artistic expressions.
- Continuously research and integrate emerging art trends into the curation process.
- Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute art events, exhibitions, and openings that enhance the overall atmosphere and engagement for the audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to effectively promote and publicise events.
- Collaborative Engagement:

- Foster meaningful relationships with artists, designers, and stakeholders to facilitate collaborative projects and maintain a thriving artistic community.
- Ensure seamless communication between artists and the exhibition space.
- Sales and Promotion:

- Develop and implement strategies to promote artworks, driving both showroom and online sales.
- Manage the online presence of the showroom, ensuring a compelling representation of exhibited artworks.
- Overseeing Showroom Operations:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom, including staff management and coordination.
- Monitor inventory, arrange installations, and maintain the overall presentation of the showroom.
- Exceptional Visitor Experience:

- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, offering insights into the exhibited artworks and creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Cultivate positive relationships with patrons and collectors.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar role such as showroom management, office management, event planning or exhibition and museum management.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary art trends and a demonstrated ability to curate diverse and engaging exhibitions.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage events successfully and collaborate effectively with artists and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing within the art sector is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
