Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the chance to support and enhance the experience of key customers. This will include but will not be limited to;
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Provide updates on ETA's, delays, and service updates
- Organize bookings and any customer requests
- Implement and adhere to company processes and procedures
- Liaise with operations, accounts & management
- Following up with customers regarding account changes

**Skills / Experience**
You will be customer focused and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Other skills and experience that are required are;
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience working in Logistics, operations, or transport required
- Previous experience handling and prioritising customer enquiries
- Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency
- Experience using of SAP or Xero
- High attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Solution focused
