Our client is a Building & Maintenance Company, family owned and operating for 3 years. They specialise in small residential projects; emergency response works and all round insurance claims works.

Due to the success and growth of this business we have a vacancy for a Senior Office Administrator. We see this person being confident in their ability to manage and coordinate business systems and practice. While also embracing the importance of training team members around them. The successful person will be driven, have lot of energy and ideas but also understand the importance of being friendly and approachable. We will be excited to talk to applicants who demonstrate a high customer focus and operational understandings. This role is being created to provide influence and excellence for the success of a firm growth plan.

**Administration Officer**

Reporting to the Director, this role will see you responsible for assisting the Project Manager, Scheduler, and trades personnel. This delivery team that are in the field, completing the work for the customers, are only as good as the team providing exceptional customer service and administration support behind the scenes.

The successful applicant must be goal orientated, well presented, and have the ability to 'think on their feet' whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Outlined now are some parts of the role and what we believe will make the best skills and competencies to fulfill the role.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the day-to-day Office Admin for all areas of operation- Liaising with various Insurance company's and meeting all Audit requirements associated with the service agreement.- Issuing sales transaction invoices as orders are completed.- Maintaining and updating, job order requisitions and customer records- Compiling monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders/financial audits- Internal team liaison with all trades and Management- Reviewing and improving internal SOPS across Admin/Finance and trades scheduling- Director meetings and Operational workshops-
